Eligibility:
a. The Giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: i. Must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older. ii. Must be a legal resident of the country or region specified in the Giveaway announcement.
Giveaway Period:
a. The Giveaway begins on May 15, 2023 at and ends on August 1, 2023 (“Giveaway Period”).
b. All requirements must be received within the Giveaway Period to be considered eligible.
c. Eligibility Requirement (c.) must be completed by June 30, 2023.
Entry Method:
a. To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all Eligibility Requirements within the Giveaway Period.
Prize Description and Winner Selection:
a. Participants who complete all Eligibility Requirements by the Giveaway Periods will receive a sporting event package valued up to $2,000.
b. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control require it.
Eligibility Requirements:
a. Develop and maintain business plans for a minimum of 10 growers.
b. Collaborate with Taranis Marketing to produce at least one (1) grower testimonial video before August 1, 2023.
c. Commit to at least 12k acres for the 2024 season by June 30, 2023.
Privacy and Data Protection:
a. The organizer will collect and process personal data of participants for the purpose of the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for this purpose.
b. The organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and their privacy policy.
Release of Liability:
a. By participating in the Giveaway, participants release the organizer, sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
