Onboarding

When you sign up to work with Taranis, a member from our customer success team will reach out to welcome you and begin the onboarding process.

During training we will cover how to enroll your grower’s farms and fields and ways you can implement Taranis solutions in your daily work to increase efficiencies, build trust, and show up differently at the farmgate.

In-season support

As insights come in from your growers’ farms and fields, we equip your team all season long with key agronomic data, engagement metrics, and value-added information so your team is not just another sales call, they are the trusted advisors your growers are excited to hear from.

Post-season review and planning

Understanding the full-season story of your customers’ farms and fields gives you an advantage over the competition. As the growing season comes to an end, your customer success professional works with your team to review and understand what happened and how your team can provide better service and solutions for the upcoming season.
