Keep Your Team on Track with the Advisor Engagement Widget

As a manager, having visibility into how your advisors are using Taranis is key to understanding their engagement with leaf-level insights to better serve their growers. The Advisor Engagement Widget in the Taranis Web App gives you that visibility in a simple, daily-updated view.

What the Widget Shows

The widget captures three key metrics for each advisor and updates daily:

• Last Login Date – The most recent login via web or mobile, showing how recently the advisor has accessed Taranis.
• Insight Views – The number of times an advisor has opened a full Insight Detail View on web or mobile. Simply scrolling past insights or viewing summaries is not counted.
• Mission Recommendations – The number of saved recommendations within the current season. Drafts that have not been saved are excluded, and recommendations do not need to be sent to the customer to be counted.

How Managers Can Use It

These three data points offer a quick snapshot of advisor activity and can be used to:

• Identify team members who may need additional coaching or reminders to log in and review insights regularly.
• Spot high-engagement advisors who not only review insights and create recommendations consistently, but can also set the example for their peers and help bring the rest of the team along.
• Monitor seasonal patterns in engagement and adjust support accordingly.
